Ingredients

  • 1 pack ladyfingers
  • Syrup (sweet raspberry syrup, ready to drink)
  • possibly Grand Marnier or Cointreau
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 dl cream, (whipped until stiff)
  • 120 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack raspberries, frozen

Instructions

  1. Place the ladyfingers in a bowl. Drizzle over the syrup and Grand Marnier (do not soak). Mix the remaining ingredients (put some raspberries aside for the garnish) well (with the multi-knife) and spread over the ladyfingers. Garnish with the remaining berries. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  2. Variation: Other types of berries can also be used.
