  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can condensed milk with sugar (milkmaid)
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 pack ladyfingers
  • 1 bag desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, egg yolk, coconut milk, condensed milk and cornstarch and heat slowly while stirring constantly; not cook; heat for approx. 30 minutes; During this time, turn the ladyfingers in milk and place in a baking dish; pour the warm cream mass over it; sprinkle with desiccated coconut; Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
