  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 6 egg (s), separated
  • 300 g suar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 dash cream, if necessary
  • 600 g plums, pitted and halved
  • some sugar and cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Beat the egg whites until very stiff and set aside.
  2. Mix the flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk and baking powder in a large mixing bowl with the dough hook. If the dough is too firm (crumbs!), Add a dash of cream to make it supple. Then stir the egg whites into the dough, you can do this carefully with the hand mixer on level 2.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough on it, place the plums close together on the dough. Put it in the oven! After about 35-40 minutes, when the cake is lightly brown on top, sprinkle a cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of the cake and bake for another 10-15 minutes. The plums sink in during the baking process.
