Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 ml milk, warm
  • 2 cup flour, (heaped)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 banana (s), ripe

For the sprinkles:

  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Cinnamon, to taste

Instructions

  1. Streusel: mix all the ingredients together until there are moist streusel.
  2. Stir the butter / margarine, sugar and eggs until creamy. Add the warm milk, flour, salt and finally the baking powder and spread the mixture into a greased springform pan, pulling the edge up a little.
  3. Cover the dough with the ripe bananas - either cut lengthways or in small wheels. Put the finished crumble on top and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees / 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
