Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 4 tomato (s), peeled, pitted, diced
  • 300 g minced meat, beef or mixed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Tbsp olive oil

For the dough:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon stock, instant
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g polenta
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • fat, for the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat until crispy in olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste. Finally add tomatoes, do not cook.
  2. Whisk the milk, oil, eggs and instant stock together. Then stir in the flour, polenta and cheese.
  3. Grease the baking dish. Pour in half of the batter. Spread the filling evenly over the top. Spread the rest of the dough over it. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for 30 minutes.
  4. A fresh leaf salad goes well with it.
