  • 1 kg roast pork (comb), streaky, boned
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream or sweet cream
  • 6 slices Emmentaler
  • Spice mixture (Brazil spice)
  • liters ⅛ water

Instructions

  1. You season the pork neck with Brazil spice and let the meat steep in the refrigerator for a day.
  2. Then fry on all sides in a heated pan and then place in an ovenproof dish. Add the juice of the mushrooms and 1/8 l water. Put the ovenproof dish into the preheated oven and let it cook at 175 ° C - 200 ° C for about 1.5 hours.
  3. Take the roast out of the oven and pour the sour cream or sweet cream over it. Season the gravy a little with Brazil spices and thicken as desired. Now add the mushrooms. Place the cheese slices over the roast and bake the meat again in the oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.
  4. French fries or potato gratin go well with it.
