Ingredients

  • 250 g ladyfiners
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 20 g coffee powder, soluble
  • 30 ml water, hot
  • 400 ml cream
  • 60 ml condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 250 ml coffee, cold
  • 3 tablespoon amaretto

For decoration:

  • 100 g chocolate flakes, dark
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the powder coffee in 30 ml of hot water and let it cool down. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix egg yolks with sugar until frothy. Mix the mascarpone with the condensed milk until frothy and mix with the cooled coffee and egg yolk. Melt the chocolate and fold into the mascarpone cream. Finally fold in the cream carefully. Chill the cream.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of amaretto to 250 ml of coffee. Place the ladyfingers on the bottom of a baking dish, soak them in coffee, then spread some of the cream on top. Repeat the whole thing until all the ingredients are used up, finish with the cream. Chill for about 5 hours.
  3. Before serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate and dust with cocoa powder.
