Ingredients

  • 3 pt. Ladyfingers
  • 750 g mascarpone
  • 750 g vanilla puddin (finished product)
  • 1 cup coffee, boiled, stronger (as needed)
  • Amaretto
  • Cocoa powder your choice for dusting

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking dish with a layer of ladyfingers.
  2. Add a good shot of amaretto (if needed) to the strong coffee and drizzle the coffee-amaretto mixture over the ladyfingers so that they can flow well.
  3. Now mix the mascarpone cream with the vanilla pudding and spread about half of it on the layer with the ladyfingers.
  4. Now layer another layer of ladyfingers on top, sprinkle them with the coffee-amaretto mixture and spread the rest of the mascarpone-pudding mixture on top.
  5. Finally, spread a thick layer of cocoa powder through a sieve.
  6. Tip: I always make the tiramisu a day in advance so that it can flow through.
