  • Potatoes – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • Tomato – 1 pc. (100 g)
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc. (70 g)
  • Sour cream – 2 tablespoon. (60 g)
  • Dill and parsley greens – 10 g
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Water – 1.5 l

  1. Prepare foods for your favorite chicken tomato soup.

  2. Boil the chicken leg over low heat in 1.5 liters of water until tender, about 30 minutes.
  3. Take the leg out of the broth, let it cool, disassemble the legs, leaving only the meat. Divide the chicken into small pieces.

  5. Put chicken meat in a saucepan with broth, put on the stove to boil.

  13. Finely chop the greens.
  14. Add herbs to soup, cook for 1 minute.
