- 1 bottle wine, red or white
- 150 ml water
- 50 g cane suar
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 4 clove (s)
- 1 medium orange (s)
- 1 medium lemon (s)
- 10 peppercorns

- Put the wine, water, sugar and spices in a saucepan and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Better to sweeten the sugar again than to add too much at the beginning. Do not let it get too hot, otherwise the aroma will be lost. Slice the orange and lemon and add to the wine. Let everything steep for about 10 minutes on a low heat.
- For the little ones or for all drivers, simply replace the wine with naturally cloudy apple juice. It tastes fruity and is not too sweet without added sugar.
