Ingredients

  • 200 g flour, luten-free (flour mix from Schär)
  • 50 g coconut oil, virin, cold-pressed
  • 60 g raw cane suar
  • 40 g vanilla suar
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled tartar baking powder (pure tartar baking powder)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with a hand mixer until frothy. Then stir in the coconut oil and gradually add the flour & baking powder. Finally pour in the milk and buttermilk and mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous dough.
  2. Now preheat the waffle iron and bake the dough in portions to make delicious, soft, crispy waffles.
  3. If you like, dust them with powdered sugar or serve the waffles with vanilla ice cream and hot cherries or raspberries.
