  • 0.5 ½ pack yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

  1. For 40 mini rolls: Mix 250 g of flour with half of the yeast and mix with 300 ml of cold water, leave to rise overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. The next day, knead in the remaining flour, water, salt and yeast - process with the food processor for about 5 minutes and let rise again in the warm for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, shape the dough into long rolls and cut 40 rolls of the same size. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, place the rolls on them, cut into them, sprinkle with flour or grains. Put a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. Bake the rolls on the middle rack for 12 minutes.
