Instructions

  1. Soak the apples together with 250 g of sugar overnight.
  2. Chop the figs, hazelnuts and almonds and soak them in a little water.
  3. Mix everything together the next day and form 2 loaves of bread and bake for approx. 45-50 minutes at 180 °.
  4. Brush with powdered sugar and lemon juice glaze.
