• 1 kg fruit (e.g. apples, cherries, rhubarb, plums, pears, gooseberries)
• Strawberries and rhubarb (my favorite variety)
• Butter and flour for the mold

Instructions

1. First make the streusel. Mix all the crumble ingredients well with the dough hook of a mixer. Chill the crumbly mass. Grease a cake tin, sprinkle with a little flour and also chill.
2. Now process the remaining ingredients into a dough and place in the mold, spread the washed and, if necessary, pitted or peeled and / or cut fruit on top of your choice and cover with the crumble. Bake at 200 ° C for about 1 hour.
