Mash the bananas with a fork and add enough milk to make a homogeneous cream. Then add enough flour until a dry mass is formed and then add enough milk again to form a smooth pancake batter. Wash and core the pear or apple and fold into the batter in small pieces. Add the vanilla flavor and sweetener.
Heat a pan and melt some butter in it, then add about 2 tablespoons of the batter for a pancake to the pan and bake until golden brown on both sides.
