Instructions

  1. Cut the fruit into small cubes, place in a bowl and drizzle with the juice of a lemon, this will prevent the fruit from turning brown.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt and sugar in a second bowl and add the amaretto to taste.
  3. Place one portion each of fruit salad and mascarpone cream on dessert plates.
  4. I got this recipe from an Italian cooking class led by an Italian.
  5. It is definitely not that easy in terms of calories, but it tastes delicious, light and fresh, and is very quick and easy to prepare.
