In the slow cooker, mix the fruits, the onions, the peppers, the garlic, the starch, possibly the pitted and finely chopped chilli peppers or, depending on your taste, the chilli flakes and the vinegar.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or until thickened.
Serve in small bowls for dipping tortilla chips - preferably spicy - or serve with grilled meat.
