Ingredients

  • 1 small can Mandarine (s) - oranges (300 g) with juice
  • 1 small Can (s) peach (s), finely diced (250 ml)
  • 1 small Can / s pineapple, in sacks, (approx. 250 ml)
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 0.5 ½ red pepper (s), finely diced or chopped
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow, finely diced or chopped
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green, finely diced or chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon corn starch
  • 4 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red or chilli flakes, optional
  • Chips, (tortilla chips)

Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, mix the fruits, the onions, the peppers, the garlic, the starch, possibly the pitted and finely chopped chilli peppers or, depending on your taste, the chilli flakes and the vinegar.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or until thickened.
  3. Serve in small bowls for dipping tortilla chips - preferably spicy - or serve with grilled meat.
