Meatballs in a Slow Cooker

Today we offer you to cook meatballs from beef and chicken meat. Thanks to this combination of meat, the dish turns out to be light and even dietary. Therefore, such meatballs can be eaten even by those people who carefully monitor their diet and figure.

Ingredients

  • Minced beef – 300 g
  • Minced chicken – 200 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste – 1-2 tbsp (to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. We mix two types of minced meat – beef and chicken. Grind the very finely peeled onion using a culinary grater. Grind the garlic on the same grater.
  2. Add onion, garlic to the cold cuts and knead this mass thoroughly, add spices to taste.
    We sculpt meatballs with wet hands, the shape of the meatballs to your taste, usually they are made in the form of small balls.
  3. Put the tomato paste in a separate bowl. We dilute the thick paste with plain water to the state of liquid sour cream. Put semi-finished products on the bottom of the multicooker container. Fill the meatballs with diluted tomato paste.
  4. Cooking meatballs in a slow cooker in the “Stew” mode for 1 hour.
  5. The meatballs in the slow cooker are ready.
