Cut fruit into wedges according to type, thaw frozen berries and mix.
Mix the créme fraíche with the quark and powdered sugar, add lime juice and zest. Spread the cream over the fruit mixture.
Bring the sugar to the boil with 3-4 tablespoons of water and let it caramelize until light. Let cool for 1 minute, drizzle over the cream and fruit with a spoon.
