Ingredients
- 300 g mixed fruits (pears, apples, frozen berries)
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 200 g quark (0.2% fat)
- 40 g powdered suar
- 1 lime (s), (which the grated zest and the juice)
- 100 g suar

- Cut fruit into wedges according to type, thaw frozen berries and mix.
- Mix the créme fraíche with the quark and powdered sugar, add lime juice and zest. Spread the cream over the fruit mixture.
- Bring the sugar to the boil with 3-4 tablespoons of water and let it caramelize until light. Let cool for 1 minute, drizzle over the cream and fruit with a spoon.
- Serve immediately.
