Ingredients
- 250 g yourt
- 40 grams sugar
- 40 ml lemon juice / lime juice
- some lemon peel, grated (only the yellow)
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 5 g elatin powder

- Whip the whipped cream.
- Soak gelatin in cold water, then squeeze, heat - dissolve.
- Mix the yogurt with sugar and juice.
- Mix all masses carefully. Fill into jars or bowls and allow to solidify a little in the refrigerator.
