Ingredients

  • 450 g fish fillet (s) (haddock fillet)
  • 2 scallop (s), fresh
  • 225 g fish fillet (s) (monkfish fillet)
  • 175 g squid (s)
  • 175 g shrimp (s), peeled
  • 6 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped fresh
  • 2 tablespoon tarragon, freshly chopped
  • 4 tablespoon mint, finely chopped fresh
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 lime (s), the juice
  • 2 spring onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the haddock into small pieces, clean the scallops and dice the monkfish. Clean the squid and cut into rings.
  2. Simmer together in lightly salted water. Drain, allow to cool and place in a mixing bowl with the prawns.
  3. Mix all herbs together with the oil, the juice, the finely chopped spring onions, salt and pepper, pour over the fish and mix everything gently. Let it steep for about 30 minutes.
