Fettuccine with Seafood

Looking for an idea for lunch or dinner? Make pasta. Both adults and children love them, and the possible variations of dishes with them probably know no bounds. I want to share one such simple and delicious recipe.


  • Fettuccine – 400 Grams
  • Shrimp – 450 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Butter – 2 Teaspoons
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Dry white wine – 100 Milliliters
  • Cream – 2 Glasses
  • Cheese – 50 Grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste
  • Greens – To taste
  • Paprika – To taste


  1. Put the pasta to boil until tender. Defrost shrimps if necessary, peel and dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add paprika or other spices.
  2. Fry in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
  3. Remove the shrimp and set aside for now. Put butter, finely diced onion in a frying pan.
  4. And the garlic passed through a press.
  5. Pour in the wine, stir thoroughly with a spatula to collect everything from the bottom of the pan. Leave on high heat for 3 minutes.
  6. Pour the cream into the pan. Stir, simmer for a couple of minutes and remove from heat. Simultaneously boil fettuccine in salted water.
  7. Add finely grated cheese to the hot sauce.
  8. Salt and pepper, add a pinch of paprika.
  9. Place the shrimp and pasta in the sauce.
  10. Mix everything carefully. Put it on fire for just another minute.
  11. And that’s it, the dish is ready! You can add a pinch of fresh herbs before serving.
