Fettuccine with Chicken

Serve for dinner or lunch, the pasta is delicious and hearty. There are many varieties of it, so the choice is great. Today I will tell you how to make chicken fettuccine with creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • fettuccine – 340 Grams Salt,
  • black pepper – To taste
  • olive oil – To taste
  • chicken breast – 340 Grams
  • butter – 8 tbsp
  • cream – 400 Milliliters
  • nutmeg – 2 Pinches
  • hard cheese – 200 Grams

Directions:

  1. Put a pot of water on the fire, add salt and pour in a couple of drops of olive oil, after boiling, boil fettuccine in it until tender. Drain and brush with olive oil.
  2. Wash the chicken and cut into slices 0.5 centimeters thick, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter and add the chicken, saute until tender, then transfer the chicken to a plate.
  4. Return the skillet to the heat and add the remaining butter, melt and pour in the heavy cream, add a pinch of nutmeg and bring the mixture to a boil, cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add grated hard cheese to the sauce and stir, add the chicken and pasta, stir again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot chicken pasta with a little salt.
