Fettuccine with Zucchini

Prepare hearty and delicious zucchini fettuccine for your family’s dinner. The dish is independent and does not require any additions. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Fettuccine – 250 Grams
  • Zucchini – 200 Grams
  • Bulb onion – 70 Grams
  • Cream – 100 grams (10-15% fat)
  • Vegetable oil – 30-40 grams
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 Tbsp. spoons
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Dip fettuccine in boiling salted water, cook for 8-9 minutes. Use fettuccine both in the usual form – long, and in the form of nests.
  3. While the pasta is boiling, peel and dice the onion.
  4. Fry the onion until golden brown with the addition of vegetable oil.
  5. Cut the zucchini into thin half rings.
  6. Add the zucchini to the onion, fry the vegetables together for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. The fettuccines are ready, drain them.
  8. Place the fettuccine in the vegetable skillet. Pour in the cream. Simmer all together for 5-7 minutes over low heat.
  9. Season the dish with lemon juice, spices to taste, stir and you’re done.
  10. Serve immediately.
