Fettuccine with Rabbit

Fettuccine is a popular classic Italian pasta. This dish contains pasta and sauce. May be supplemented with shrimp, mushrooms, ham, various types of cheese and butter. Prepared quickly and served only with hot creamy sauce. It turns out satisfying and high-calorie, but very tasty.

Ingredients:

  • Rabbit – 1 Piece
  • Pasta “Fettuccine” – 500 Grams
  • Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Tomato – 1
  • Piece Fat cream – 1
  • Glass Garlic – 1
  • Clove Hard cheese – 150 Grams

Directions:

  1. Prepare the noodles, boil them in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Fry the chicken seasoned with salt and pepper in melted butter over medium heat until tender.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the tomatoes and cabbage, diced into medium cubes. Simmer vegetables for 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate container, combine the cream, garlic and grated cheese, beat the mixture with a mixer.
  5. Combine noodles, meat and vegetables in one bowl, and garlic sauce before serving.
