Risotto With Seafood

Divinely delicious rice dish – risotto. Although risotto can be made with anything – mushrooms, chicken, vegetables, choose seafood for the ultimate taste! The seafood risotto recipe has already become a classic in the kitchen.

Serving: 6

Ingredients

  • Round grain rice – 250 g
  • Seafood – 400 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Parmesan cheese – 150 g
  • Fish broth – 800 ml
  • Dry white wine – 250 ml

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown.
  2. Add rice (without rinsing), stir over medium heat until translucent
  3. We add wine. Stir constantly until absorbed.
  4. Add fish broth in parts, 2 scoops each, stirring constantly. Each time we wait for it to be absorbed.
  5. In parallel, in another pan, fry finely chopped garlic. Add seafood, lightly fry. After a few minutes, add the seafood to the rice and the remaining broth.
  6. Once the broth is absorbed, add the Parmesan and stir.
  7. Decorate with basil and enjoy a great seafood risotto !!!
