Ingredients
- Tomato sauce for pizza
- Pizza dough
- 250 g seafood, mixed
- 1 can tuna
- 100 g shallot (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 200 g mountain cheese, rated
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
- 3 teaspoons thyme, dried
- Salt and pepper, black
- 4 tablespoon olive oil

- Prepare the batter and tomato sauce. You can find the recipes for this in my recipes. Rinse the seafood in a colander with cold water, drain. Pick the tuna. Peel the shallots and garlic, cut into thin slices or chop. Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
- Shape the dough into pizzas, sprinkle with a little cheese and brush with tomato sauce. Top with the seafood, tuna, shallots and garlic.
- Season everything with parsley, thyme, salt and pepper and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 225 ° C to 250 ° C for about 10 minutes.
