Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 6 spring onion (s)
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 400 g tomato (s), diced
  • 400 g seafood (frozen)
  • 400 g spahetti
  • Water (salt water)
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • possibly chilli pepper (s), red, fresh

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Spread a thin layer of olive oil on a non-stick pan. Sauté the spring onions and garlic for 2 - 3 minutes, add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Rinse the seafood and add drained to the tomatoes. Let simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
  2. Spread the sauce over the pasta and stir. Season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
  3. Tip: For extra flavor, you can add a few rings of fresh red chilli to the spring onions when frying them.
