Ingredients
- 300 g blueberries, (blueberries)
- 100 ml condensed milk, sweetened
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 lime (s), only the zest
- 300 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- some blueberries for decoration
- some lemon balm, for decoration

- Roughly chop the blueberries with a fork, add the condensed milk and lime juice and mix briefly.
- Tear the zest off the lime peel and add. Add the cream and milk and stir everything well.
- Put in the ice cream maker and let freeze.
- Serving:
- Turn the cams or balls off the ice cream and place in a bowl. Decorate with some blueberries and lemon balm.
