Ingredients
- 2 avocado (s)
- 4 spring onion (s), chopped
- 1 chilli pepper (s), green, pitted and very finely chopped
- 2 lime (s), the juice it
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 ml sour cream
- salt and pepper

- Put the avocados, spring onions, chillies, lime juice, olive oil and sour cream in the blender and coarsely puree. Possibly add a little water until the cream has the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cover immediately to prevent the cream from discolouring. Keep covered in the refrigerator until serving.
- Tastes very tasty with vegetable sticks or bread sticks.
