Instructions
- Mix the sugar, margarine & vanilla sugar until frothy, gradually adding the eggs. Add buttermilk & flavorings & stir well. Then add the flour & baking powder & stir well too.
- Mix the drained fruit with 1-2 tablespoon flour & carefully fold in.
- Grease the bundt pan & dust with flour. Pour in the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C top and bottom heat for about 70-80 minutes.
- Let cool down well, turn out & brush with the icing, garnish.
