Ingredients

  • 150 g mararine
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bottle bitter almond flavor
  • 0.5 ½ pack flavor (Zitroback)
  • 350 ml buttermilk
  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 glass sour cherries, (drained well)
  • 1 can tangerine (s), (drained well)

For the cast:

  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 1 lemon (s), the juice, possibly 2

For the garnish: crumble, sugar pearls

    Instructions

    1. Mix the sugar, margarine & vanilla sugar until frothy, gradually adding the eggs. Add buttermilk & flavorings & stir well. Then add the flour & baking powder & stir well too.
    2. Mix the drained fruit with 1-2 tablespoon flour & carefully fold in.
    3. Grease the bundt pan & dust with flour. Pour in the batter.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C top and bottom heat for about 70-80 minutes.
    5. Let cool down well, turn out & brush with the icing, garnish.
