Instructions

1. Mix the cream, the juice of half a lemon and the sugar with the salad herbs you want. Then pour the dressing over the salad.
2. Depending on your preference, you can of course use a little more lemon juice or sugar.
3. This dressing is not only delicious, but also fruity and refreshing, especially in summer. Ideal as a side dish with fried potatoes with diced bacon.
