- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Herbs, (salad herbs)

- Mix the cream, the juice of half a lemon and the sugar with the salad herbs you want. Then pour the dressing over the salad.
- Depending on your preference, you can of course use a little more lemon juice or sugar.
- This dressing is not only delicious, but also fruity and refreshing, especially in summer. Ideal as a side dish with fried potatoes with diced bacon.
