- 1 orange (s), (the juice)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 shallot (s)
- Pepper, fresh from the mill

- Squeeze the orange and pour the juice into a shaker. Dice the shallot and add to the orange juice along with the oil and white balsamic vinegar. Add fresh pepper to taste and shake well!
- Tastes wonderful on any green salad, especially lamb`s lettuce.
- If you like it even more fruity, you can add some orange fillets to the salad.
