Ingredients
- 1 small onion (s), red
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard, milder
- 1 teaspoon honey or pear syrup
- 70 ml balsamic vinegar
- 150 ml olive oil, good mild (cold-pressed)
- 2 orange (s), juice it

- Finely chop the onion. Then first mix the onion pieces well with a little salt and pepper, mustard, honey and balsamic vinegar. Then add the olive oil and orange juice.
- The fresh orange juice makes the dressing very light and fresh and goes well with leaf salads.
