Ingredients
- 50 ml water
- 100 ml raspberry vinegar (balsamic vinegar raspberry), e.g. from Kattus
- 3 tablespoon herbal oil or walnut oil
- 1 medium lemon (s), the juice and the grated zest it
- 2 teaspoons, leveled sugar
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
- Pinch (s) salt and pepper

- Mix the water with the balsamic vinegar. The squeezed clove of garlic and lemon peel are added to this. Add the lemon juice to taste.
- Add salt, pepper and sugar and mix everything together. As the oil settles on top, add and mix shortly before serving.
- Goes well with salads.
