Peel and quarter the cucumber and cut into pieces. Pluck the spinach into pieces. Core, peel and cut the melon into pieces. Core the nectarine, also cut into pieces. Cut the basil into strips. Dice the mozzarella.
For the dressing, squeeze the lime and mix all the ingredients together. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and stir well.
Tastes great as an accompaniment to grilled food or with white bread as a main course.
