Ingredients

• 300 g yourt, Greek or similar fat content
• 0.5 ½ orange (s), untreated, the zest and juice it
• 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
• 3 sprigs mint (Moroccan), the leaves it chopped
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• some honey
• some green pepper (Malabar), freshly ground

Instructions

1. Mix the ingredients together and stir well, then season with the honey and green pepper.
2. To serve the yoghurt cold, take a little more of each ingredient.
