Instructions

  1. Bring the apple pieces in the apple juice together with the cinnamon stick and star anise to the boil. Turn down the temperature and let the apples steep for about 8 minutes.
  2. Now the white wine and the calvados are added. Warm the mulled wine and let it steep for half an hour.
  3. You can sweeten with maple syrup or sugar to taste. If you don`t want any apple pieces, just strain them off.
