Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into pieces. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut into large pieces. Peel the ginger.
  2. Put on a saucepan, melt the butter and sweat the onions in it. After about 3 minutes add the pumpkin pieces, paprika powder and ginger. Pour in the stock, juice and cream substitute and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Now puree everything very finely. Season to taste with salt and pepper and, if you like, drizzle with a little pumpkin seed oil before serving.
  4. Without the additional oil to refine, that`s just a little more than 1 P. per serving (1.16).
