Drain the tuna, chop it up and place in a bowl. Peel and chop the eggs. Peel and slice the banana. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Finely chop half the onion. Add everything to the tuna in the bowl, as well as the drained silver onions.
Mix with Miracel Whip, the balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and parsley and season to taste.
Divide the lettuce on 2 plates and arrange your tuna salad on top.
