Work the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream and butter into a smooth dough.
Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a 1/2 cm thick. Cut out stars / flowers with a mold. Place the stars / flowers on a baking sheet. Brush the surface of the stars / flowers with sweet cream and sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
