Instructions

  1. Clean the pointed cabbage, cut in half, remove the stalk, cut into strips and wash.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, add the diced onion. Add the pointed cabbage and the diced potatoes and top up with the meat stock. Do not use too much broth at the beginning, as the cabbage collapses quite a bit when cooked, it should not become too runny.
  3. When the pointed cabbage and potatoes are soft, stir in the processed cheese and season with salt and pepper.
