Instructions

  1. Drizzle the lime juice over the prawns and add the sliced garlic. Cut the spring onions into slices and add them as well. Then mix the mustard, honey, herbs, the sliced and pitted peppers, salt, chilli and olive oil with the prawns and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  2. Then fry in a pan over medium heat for about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes add the halved cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley just before serving.
