Instructions

  1. Fry the prawns in olive oil, remove them, fry the chopped peppers and the chopped garlic in the remaining frying fat. Deglaze with a little white wine or water, add tomatoes, bring to the boil, season with salt and pepper. Add the prawns again and finally add the finely diced or crumbled feta and the chopped parsley, stir again and season to taste.
