• 3 cloves garlic
• 500 g cheese, (firm semi-hard cheese, 30 - 40% F.i.T.)
• 150 g mayonnaise

Instructions

1. Roughly dice the semi-hard cheese and chop it very finely in the food processor (with the sickle knives). Add the garlic cloves and also finely chop. Finally, mix in the mayonnaise with a spoon - done.
2. Delicious spread, especially on toasted white bread.
