Peel the garlic bulbs. Puree with the parsley, thyme and bay leaves in a blender, or better still in the food processor, and let the oil run in. Season with vinegar and salt.
Fill into glasses and let steep in the refrigerator for 1 week so that the aroma can develop.
I use the garlic mouse to season sauces, herb butter and everything that garlic should be on. You save yourself peeling every time.
Friends also like to eat it as a spread, but that`s too hard for me.
